Spring is here. New forums!

As you can see things look a little different. We're making some changes to the website and we have new forums. We upgraded to the newest version of phpbb mainly for security reasons. The new forums are available via the link above. The old one at http://tvnihon.badvictory.com is in "read only" mode for a bit before it's gone completely. You'll notice some other cosmetic upgrades over the next week or so as well. Call it "spring cleaning" if you will.
