The rise and fall of fansubs?
So someone brought this youtube documentary up. Where do you stand on the issues?
Think of this as an opportunity to chime in on this group's translations and stuff as well
While I'm at it, have you seen the forum's New Posts link? It works better if you're logged in.
Also if you click on a person's name, you can add them as a Friend or a Foe. Friending someone is useful since you'll be kind of notified if they're online and they'll exist in your address book if you want to PM them. I think someone on the foe list makes their posts go away. If there's someone on the forums that you just can't stand, well, there you go
Also, clicking on the arrows at the right of threads brings you to the last post in it. Handy!

Kamen Rider ZO DVD release
After 6 years, the classic movie is back! Modern encoding, modern typesetting all by Cheetah. Also now comes with a making of and deleted scene reel. Warning, you might need something special to enjoy the karaoke at the end

First batter for our birthday celebration is GranSazer 1 DVD version. With updated typesetting by SilentWolfDog and karaoke by Jonty and Cheetah.

Here's the most updated list. If you look at the bottom, you'll notice that file names are being included now. Could someone go back (yes I know it's a lot) and add the file names to this for me? It's not something I want to do all by myself.

So our birthday is coming up on the 23rd. We don't have anything crazy planned like last year...
So I caught up with the lists. Let me retroactively congratulate:
Release 1500 Den-O 26.5 (The Shin-chan special... yay?)
Release 1600 Kiva 5
Release 1700 GameCenter CX North trip 3-4 (Whoo, the best show you don't know!)
Release 1800 Kiva 33 (Kiva again?!)
As of this point, TN has done 1816 releases. What will be number 1900? Number 2000?

I think you need to export it to manipulate it. But I set it up so that all the series are consistently named. If anyone has any comments on how to make this more consistent, please send me a message.

Rescue Force 27 also (accidentally released)
Ok, here's what's up. The episode 26 release turns out to have 27 attached to it at the end. So instead of redoing the torrent and screwing over everyone who was on it, we're just renaming the file and saying 27 is released too.
If you don't understand, that's fine. But if you were on the 26 torrent, stop the torrent, rename it to:
[T-N]Tomica_Hero_Rescue_Force_26-27[99E848A5].avi
Then use the new torrent to resume it. None of your progress has been lost
Group viewing at 10 AM/7PM Pacific
Here's a test. Lemme know how you guys like it:
